Frequently Asked Questions

1. What is mobile massage therapy?
It’s massage that comes to you! I bring the table, fresh linens, and everything needed so you can relax right at home (or even at your office or event).

2. Where do you travel to?
I’m based in Wheaton, IL, and happily serve the surrounding suburbs. If you’re a bit further out, no worries—there may just be a small travel fee.

3. What kind of massage do you offer?
I focus on Swedish and Deep Tissue massage with a firm, intentional touch to melt stress and ease tension. Each session is customized to what your body needs most.

4. How long are the sessions?
You’ll always get a true full 30, 60, or 90 minutes of hands-on time (unlike many spas that shorten each session by 10 minutes).

5. Do I need to do anything to prepare?
Just clear a space about 6x9 feet so the table fits comfortably, and make sure the room feels cozy for you. I’ll handle the rest!

6. What do I wear during my massage?
Whatever makes you comfortable. Most people undress to their comfort level, but you’ll always be fully draped with sheets—the only area uncovered will be the one I’m working on.

7. Do you do couples massage?
I don’t offer side-by-side couples massage (since it’s just me!), but I can book back-to-back appointments if you and a partner/friend both want massages.

8. How do I book?

9. What’s your cancellation policy?

Cancellation window: I require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule appointments.

Late cancellation fee: If cancellation occurs after this window, your appointment deposit of $30 will not be refunded.

No-show policy: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged the rate of their full session.

Late arrival policy: Please be ready 5–10 minutes early for your appointment. Sessions will end at the scheduled time even if you are running late. Full service fees still apply. If your therapist is delayed, time will be added to your session or the rate will be adjusted.

Policy changes: Our policy may be updated periodically.

10. Is there a travel fee?
Yes—$20 if you’re more than 20 miles from Wheaton, and $40 if you’re 40+ miles away.

11. Do you accept tips?
As massage therapy is a service business tips are always appreciated.

12. How do I pay?
I accept cash, cards, and digital payments like Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, etc.

13. Is massage safe for me?
Massage is safe for most people, but I’ll have you fill out a quick health form before your first session to make sure there aren’t any health concerns or contraindications.

14. Do you do events?
Yes! I offer chair massage for wellness days, corporate events, and private gatherings. Reach out to chat about the details.

Inappropriate Behavior Policy:

Massage therapy is strictly non-sexual. Any inappropriate language, behavior, or advances will result in immediate termination of the session. The full fee will still be charged, and future services will be refused. Legal action may be taken when necessary
